Terry Schmitz, Biography
Terry has 30+ years of experience running a successful business, Frontier Sports, in Marcell, MN. He started coming to Marcell in 1972 when his parents owned Cedar Point Resort. After attending Bemidji State University, he moved to Minneapolis where he was an estimator for a commercial construction company. In 1984 he and his wife, Karen, bought Frontier Sports in Marcell and began raising their family. In 2005 Terry became a real-estate agent and 2 years later established EOW Realty with partner Greg Anselmo. In 2017, Terry, Greg, and new partner, BJ Hanson, purchased an additional office in Grand Rapids. With two locations, EOW realty ownership’s goal continues to be to better serve Itasca County. Terry has been very successful helping many clients buy and sell their lake homes. Terry’s love of the outdoors, and his many years running Frontier Sports has given him knowledge of the area, the lakes, and the recreational opportunities in Itasca County. His attention to detail, interest in the customer, and enthusiasm make him uniquely qualified for helping you buy or sell property.
